Hasi began his managerial career in 2007 with the Anderlecht U19 side. He became Anderlecht's assistant coach in 2009 and took charge of the first team in 2013, winning the Belgian league title.
In the following years he managed Legia Warsaw (2015–2017), Olympiacos (2017–2018), Al-Raed and Al-Ahli in Saudi Arabia, and then Mechelen in Belgium. Most recently he returned to Anderlecht, leaving that role on 1 February 2026.
A UEFA Pro License holder, Hasi has gathered experience in European competitions and is known for his extensive scouting network in Belgian football — a network expected to help Amedspor during the transfer window.
