Winger Sinan Kurt has left Amedspor and is now a free agent, Ajansspor reported on 4 July. Four clubs — Vanspor, Mardinspor, Kayserispor and Batman Petrolspor — are pursuing his signature.
Kurt made 62 appearances and scored one goal across two seasons with the Kurdish club, a period that ended with the historic promotion to the Süper Lig. Earlier in his career he came through at Borussia Mönchengladbach before a high-profile youth move to Bayern Munich and a spell at Hertha Berlin.
His exit is part of the squad overhaul president Nahit Eren described publicly, in which departures are to be handled with respect.
Promotion has a hard edge: some of those who carried the climb do not stay for the summit. Kurt leaves with the gratitude of a club he served through two seasons of the journey — and the interest of four clubs says his story is not finished.
